Shipping policy

Once an item has shipped from our facilities, it is the responsibility of the shipping partner to deliver the product to the customer. Any lost or damaged product needs to be registered with the shipping partner first. Resolution with the shipping partner should be completed before purchasing another product from Oil Lamp Studio.
